SMAANZ & State of Sport Management Podcast Partnership Announcement
Exciting news! We're delighted to announce a brand-new partnership between the State of Sport Management (SOSM) Podcast hosted by Dr. Matt Huml, and this years Sport Management Association of Australia and New Zealand (SMAANZ) conference to be hosted by Deakin University. As SMAANZ celebrates its 30th anniversary, this collaboration is set to showcase the people and ideas that have made SMAANZ a global leader in sport management scholarship. Additional episodes will be uploaded to our website and shared on social media as they become available. The 30th SMAANZ conference promises not only to be a gathering of minds but also a celebration of three decades of scholarly discourse and collaboration in the field. To mark this occasion, SOSM and SMAANZ are teaming up to put on a series of engaging podcasts to showcase diverse insights, reflections, and expertise from within the SMAANZ community. Finally, as part of SMAANZ’s commitment to innovation and inclusivity, we are also thrilled to announce that Matt Huml will be hosting podcasts during the conference itself. These podcasts promise to capture the energy and vibrancy of SMAANZ, fostering connections and sparking new ideas amongst the global sport management community.
