A: Each presentation is 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A and 5 minutes for changeover. All sessions are held in Building D, near the John Hay Courtyard, making it easy to move between rooms.
Q: How do I upload my presentation?
A: You can email your presentation to smaanz@deakin.edu.au ahead of time or bring it on a USB. Computers will be available in each presentation room, with log-in details provided. If you bring your presentation on a USB, please save it to the desktop in your assigned room during the break before your session. Volunteers will assist with uploading emailed presentations to ensure smooth transitions between speakers.
Q: Where do I collect my conference lanyard and bag?
A: The registration desk is located in the gallery/foyer area next to the John Hay Courtyard. Registration will be open at the following times:
- Tuesday: 9:30 am–4:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am–3:00 pm
- Thursday & Friday: 8:30 am–end of the academic program
- Wednesday evening: From 3:30 pm at The Pier
