The 2025/2027 edition of the Advanced Olympic Research Grant Program has been launched!  The deadline for submitting applications is 27 January 2025.

As we approach a significant milestone in our organisation’s history, we are excited to celebrate the past 30 years of achievements and the incredible people who have been part of the SMAANZ community.

For the upcoming 30th SMAANZ Conference at Deakin University, we would love to celebrate the rich history and memorable moments from our past events. Your experiences and memories are an integral part of our community’s story.

We are delighted to share that SMAANZ received a record number of submissions for the 2024 Awards & Grants. It’s fantastic to see the enthusiasm and dedication from our community, and we truly appreciate the time and effort everyone put into preparing their materials.

On behalf of the SMAANZ Board, we’re pleased to announce this year’s award and grant recipients.  We look forward to celebrating their contributions at the annual conference dinner at Deakin University, Geelong in December. A special thanks goes out to our judges, reviewers, and Prof. Kevin Filo for their time and effort in the review process.
