Notice of AGM - Friday 2 December

Dear SMAANZ Community, 

Please be aware that the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held on Friday 2nd December 2022 in conjunction with the SMAANZ Conference 2022.

SMAANZ Board Elections 

SMAANZ Board Elections will be held as part of the AGM (Nomination form is attached to this email). All Board positions will be open for election, and given the maximum terms have been reached for some board members, and others have indicated they step down from the board, there will be multiple positions available for the 2023-2024 period. 

Please remember that only current financial members can submit a vote at the AGM. SMAANZ membership is included in this year’s SMAANZ Conference registration. For those who aren’t current members but would like to vote, please click here to log in and renew your membership. If you are unsure whether you are a current financial member, please email info@smaanz.org and we will confirm your membership status.

Attached are four documents. Please click the relevant links to open or download the required documents: 

• The Minutes from the 2021 SMAANZ Annual General Meeting
• The notification of the 2022 SMAANZ Annual General Meeting
• Nomination forms for nominations to the SMAANZ board (must be returned to the SMAANZ Secretary by 11th November 2022).
• Proxy forms for people who are unable to attend and would like to cast their vote (returned to the SMAANZ Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the AGM).
