It can assist in communicating a commitment to student-centered instruction, aligning with our institutional objectives, and guiding the ongoing enhancement of pedagogical approaches. This upcoming webinar is set to showcase a distinguished panel of academics representing diverse career stages. They will delve into the importance of articulating a teaching philosophy and offer valuable perspectives on the formulation and evolution of their individual teaching philosophies. Our panellists (A/Prof. Kevin Filo, Dr. Dion Enari & Dr. Sarah Wymer) will share examples of how they actively implement their teaching philosophies in the creation of course curricula, the evaluation of their teaching effectiveness, and their career planning.
